My hang gliding experience in Rio de Janeiro started at Pedra Bonita, a mountain rising into the São Conrado neighbourhood - only about 20 minutes from Ipanema. Surrounded by lush jungle and sweeping views of the ocean, it was the perfect launch point for something this wild.
