After the sunset everything erupted in a beautiful madness in Djemaa el Fna square. First call for preyer through the loudspeakers, and so the real action started in the dark with insanely noise from all kind entertainment and activities: storytelling, music, singing, drumming, dancing, shouting, snake charming, monkeys shows and more. If you are looking for chaos, you can find it just here at the night market in Marrakech.

Experiencing magical sights of Istanbul is an adventure far beyond any fairytale. Istanbul is also a very unique city due to the fact that it is part of both Europe and Asia, separated by the Bosphorus strait that connects the Black Sea with the Mediterranean.

Took a step beneath the stone walls of Cardiff Castle - there lies a story of quiet courage. There I found more than towers, battlements, and grand apartments. Hidden deep within its thick stone walls lies a powerful reminder of the city’s wartime past.

Hidden beneath jungle vines and red earth, the ruins of San Ignacio Mission tell a powerful story of faith, encounter, and fragile coexistence. Walking among these ancient stones in northern Argentina, I followed the footsteps of Jesuit missionaries and the Guaraní people, where belief, culture, and history once collided - and where their echoes still linger in the silence today.

And it was even in the fog. This day I walked the slopes of Haleakalā in 1987, in the volcanic landscapes and sub-tropical rain forest, the fog wrapped everything in silence – included me. I wondered, could it be something interesting to observe there?

When you stand before the Peace Palace, you feel it: this is where nations come to argue not with weapons, but with words. In The Hague stands the Peace Palace, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks in the Netherlands - lies on the North Sea coast, in the province of South Holland.

Set deep in the southern Albania, the ancient port city Butrint, I felt like stepping into a time machine. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is where empires collided, and civilisations left their mark. The Illyrians, Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Venetians and Ottomans - all passed through here, shaping a city that still echoes with their stories.

The Bock Casemates in Luxembourg City feature several escape routes, primarily within their extensive tunnel system. Winding and narrow, some passages looked like “fox holes” – tight, secret paths once used to slip away unseen.
