Me and my friends had the great privilege to experience Vajas on Friday 19 November 2004 in an evening concert at Divadlo U hasico on Rimska 45 in Prague.

Their dance is called the Halay-dance and its something for itself. After the men had made up their mind about the marriage, and the Mullah had blessed the couple, the wedding celebration started. Dressed up in beautiful costumes the Qashqai-women in Iran danced so beautiful as I never have seen before.

It didn't took long time before the Qashqai women started to dance, but when the men started their own wild dance, I was challenged to join them in something which turned to be a real fighting game, the Choopy dance. It must be the world`s most brutal dance!
