The Oak Island heart stone is a ancient tool otherwise a mallet head perhaps a pick-axe used to construct the money pit. The Handle was grooved to attach to the wedged stone? Then wrapped withmaterial available twine/leather. The builders of the money pit had simple ancient tools this is a clue of the culture responsible for the Oak Island mystery.
