It was blown up by Napoleon’s army. Later declared to be a national cultural monument of Slovakia. Devin Castle is situated on a cliff (85 metres above water level) over the Morava and Danube rivers, and stands on the frontier between Slovakia and Austria. It offer beautiful panoramic views.
