The Scottish website 3D Ancient wonders shows 3D examples of both ancient artefacts or relics and examples of Ancient architecture. There you can learn about the ancient buildings and objects by taking Virtual tours, or examining Virtual reality models of them.

The Great Pyramid of Giza, is one of the wonders displayed in 3D. It`s the only surviving building from the "Seven Wonders of the Ancient World". The great pyramid of Khufu (or "Cheops") was built over 4000 years ago. 

The other wonders who are displayed in 3D are:

  • Parthenon 2 and Acropolis.
  • La Maison Carrée, an ancient roman temple
  • Ancient Aztec Temple
  • Stonehenge, 3D Ancient Britain
  • Parthenon, 3D Ancient Greece
  • Ancient Egyptian Temple of Khons

  • Chariot of the sun, 3D Ancient Denmark
